QinPrinting Rated Excellent
Clear, prompt communication with the same person throughout the process. Helpful videos to guide with the technical issues. My books turned out beautiful. The quality of print, paper, cover design, and affordability is exceptional.
The service and printing is excellent.
Great service & a great product! A year ago, I decided to create my own deck of affirmation cards. I had never done anything like this before. I researched various companies and, although the minimum order was larger than I had originally expected to do, I'm glad I did. Irene, the person who was my contact, was helpful, responsive, and accommodated all my concerns and nervousness. After all, sending almost $2K to China to a company I've never heard of before, was concerning. But, she "held my hand," guided me on decisions, even sent me extra photos and videos so I could see the progress. On top of that, the cards showed up 2 weeks early - and the quality and packaging were perfect! I don't know if I'll need more cards or other similar products, but I know I'll use QIN again. Bravo! A great experience.
Every aspect of working with Qin was the best. They, Jimmy and Daniel, were always there to advise, accommodate, and deliver. That in itself is an outstanding recommendation, but when you add to that the fact that they also provided the highest quality printing and materials then words of appreciation fail me. Five Stars!
QinPrinting provided exceptional service from initial enquiry to delivery. Irene looked after me from start to finish and was incredible. She went above and beyond to answer my many questions, ensure I was satisfied and that the end result was exactly as I'd hoped. The book is a real quality product, beautiful cover, colours and paper. I was pleased to see the books were packaged very well for their long delivery. Would absolutely use QinPrinting again.
The quality is premium. Prompt replies to queries made it very easy to work with QinPrinting. Would definitely hire their services for my next project.
Absolutely an amazing company, amazing product, not one single thing to complain about. NOTHING. Will use again and again.
Superb!
My experience printing a very important book with Qin was excellent and exceeded expectations. From the moment i reached out till the day i recieved my production shipments (a several month process), they have been quick to respond, creative to troubleshoot issues, and highly efficient on cost and timelines. My deliveries arrived in amazing shape (book quality is exceptional), as approved and as expected, and even earlier than expected. Thank you Qin for a job WELL DONE A-Z!
