Right from the outset, we’ll assign a dedicated, expert consultant to collaborate with you throughout the design and printing process. Our 8-step workflow
1. Send a request and get a quote
Send us your project details to receive a quote. For many products—including books, catalogs, flyers, brochures, card decks and paper boxes—you can also use our online quote engine. For board game projects, please contact our sales team. Shipping is quoted separately or arranged through your forwarder.
2. Confirm Your Quote and Send Your Files
Once you approve the quote, please send your printing files via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another cloud service.
Our sales team will conduct a preliminary review to ensure the project and specifications are within our capabilities.
3. Invoice and Deposit
Once everything is confirmed, we will prepare the invoice. Any applicable sample fees will be included in the same order as the mass production.
A 50% deposit of the total order value is required before we begin preparing proofs, samples, and production files.
4. Artwork Checking, Proofing and Sampling
We offer up to six complimentary rounds of artwork checking and prepare a free PDF proof for your approval. Additional rounds will incur a fee.
If you have ordered physical samples, we will produce and send them to you for approval before mass production.
5. Print production
Once the files and any requested samples are approved, we will begin mass production according to the confirmed specifications.
6. Quality controls
We carry out quality control checks at every stage of the process, with a final checking process before we ship. At this stage, we’ll also send you photos or a video of your finished project to make sure you’re completely happy with the results.
7. Final payment and shipping
Once the finished products are approved, you pay the balance and we will then arrange shipment to your destination or transfer the goods to your nominated forwarder.
8. After sales support
If you have any questions after you receive the products, our sales experts will reply to you right away to answer questions and resolve any outstanding issues.
