I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was in contact with Mia the whole time and she was very helpful, answered all my questions, and even help guide me with some paper choices to make the comic book look better. Once printed it showed up on my door step with 6 weeks. Impressive. The quality of the printing was very good and I would/hope to use the service again for my next comic. The pricing was also very good.

From beginning to end, communication was clear and quick. All of my endless questions were answered in detail and in a timely manner. My only wish was that my sample proofing deck and box came fully printed so that I could see exactly how it would look in production (sample proofing deck and box came assembled yet unprinted, along with flat paper proof copies of all printing). Otherwise, I had an excellent experience working with QinPrinting in all aspects from the initial discovery email, through the proofing process, and to the final shipping of my card decks. I will absolutely be back for my expansion decks, and the next edition of my current deck. Thank you Jimmy, for kindly guiding me through every step of the process ... especially when I had trouble making decisions. This was the best customer service that I've experienced in a very long time.

I wrote three short contemplative books and traditional publishers responded that they were too short to publish. I decided to set up my own publishing imprint in Singapore dedicated to pint-sized books. I researched, and like most small publishers, I signed on a US publishing platform that could print thin paperbacks on demand at a reasonable cost. After a lot of effort to set up the account and format the books, I was disheartened when the first shipment was nearly lost and second shipment arrived with faint ink, glue residues and pink streaks on the covers. I had already reached out to some bookstores before then, and expected to deliver review copies by a promised time. I was caught completely off-guard and shocked by the quality.
I quickly sent enquiries to printers in Singapore and Malaysia. I went down to local printing shops over the weekend. Some told me to just staple my books, while some took weeks to reply, and most did not even give a quotation based on what I enquired.
I was disheartened and seriously considering just publishing ebooks and giving up my paperback dream. As a last leap of faith, I filled in Qin Printing's quotation form on a Saturday evening. A few hours later, I received a reply from Ms Mia Wang.
Mia is one of the most professional and meticulous people I have worked with. She answered every single one of the questions I posed, anticipated others before I even asked, and her promptness was amazing. As a client, it is great when queries get answered even on a Sunday. But as a older woman to a younger lady, I really hope she gets the rest she needs.
The books came very well packed, beautifully printed and right before my nearly impossible deadline because the team was so efficient and I could tell they kept my timeline in mind.
I just sold my first order of my paperbacks today when the request for review come into my inbox. What apt timing. 🙂

Easy 5 star review! I was nervous working directly with a company in china, as im a small author and I live in the US. I worked with Irene and I can’t stress enough how lovely she was. Extremely professional, quick responses and very clear and easy to understand communication. I was very impressed with the process of getting the books ready to be printed. The books arrived in perfect condition, I was extremely happy with the end product. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
